We offering more flexible tf2 item pricing spreadsheet so that both buyers and sellers could be informed of their options in term of bargaining and pricing. There will be NO fixed prices in anyway, because TF2 is a highly liquidate game that the system could change the rules and affect pricing of certain items in a blink of eye.
